Interior concept designs were furthered into a mood board, colour selection, sample boards and 3D modelling to provide the client with a visual story to tell – about hope and new life. The interior exudes both the freshness and the warmth of nature.
The FF&E finishes for these commercial interiors have been sourced and selected to sustain heavy wear so furniture, fabric and flooring finishes have been carefully sourced for texture, colour, style and longevity. Graphics and wayfinding was designed and fitted as part of the brief.
Together with plans and elevations, design specifications provided the basis for costing and budget management. The interior fit out was completed on time and within budgets.
Igloo worked alongside Architects, Arctic Associates who supplied full architectural services for the project from start to handover.
The Millside Centre in Bradford is a Christian charity giving support and worth to those on the fringes of society. A much needed helping hand to many.

It was a busy day and at the end he told the team that this was one of the nicest centres he’s seen for their drop-ins and he wishes he could have a Millside Centre in every location! He loved the building, the staff and the atmosphere.”
